Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to account verification. Anti-Money Laundering: tbjee is committed to preventing financial crime. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a tbjee transaction without first contacting tbjee support to resolve the matter constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tbjee reserves the right to immediately close the account and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn prior to the dispute.
All bets and wagers placed on the tbjee platform are final once confirmed by the system. tbjee does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming any wager.
Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on tbjee — including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, international football, kabaddi, and other sports — are offered subject to the availability of the relevant event. tbjee reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle betting markets in the event of match abandonment, postponement, force majeure, or where evidence of event manipulation is identified. In such cases tbjee's decision on settlement is final.
Casino and Live Games: Casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and crash games on tbjee use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or operate through certified live studio feeds. tbjee does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Technical Failures: In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a technical failure on tbjee's infrastructure, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account. If a game round completes successfully and a result is recorded in tbjee's system, that result stands regardless of any display issue on the player's device.
